General help information
- A password and user I.D. are required to access the service. These are supplied by PPPC. Only staff of PPPC member companies are eligible to obtain access.
- To sign-on move the pointer inside the I.D. box and click. Enter your I.D. and then press tab to move the cursor to the password box. Type in your password being careful to enter it exactly as supplied.
- Keep in mind that the password is case sensitive. If you have entered it all in lower case, but one of the letters should be in upper case, you will be denied entry.
