Important:  Please set up your Adobe Reader 6.0 as below

    to avoid the problem of multiple windows being opened.

 

    Setup Instructions

      Adobe Reader 6.0

1)     Open Adobe Reader v.6

2)     Select “Edit” and then  “Preferences”.

3)     Select “Internet”

4)     Remove the check mark form “Display PDF in Browser”

5)     Click “OK” and exit Adobe Reader.

 

 

 

     Option:  To open Excel Files outside of the Browser

          to have more functions on the menu bar of Excel

 

      Setup Instructions

     Windows XP

1)     Select “Windows Explorer” or “My Computer” then  “Tools”, “Folder Options”.

2)     In the “Folder Options” menu, select “File Types” tab.

3)     Select  “XLS Microsoft Excel Worksheet” and click on the “Advanced” button.

4)     Remove the check mark from “Browse in same window”, click “OK” and then “Close”.

 

     Windows 98

1)     Select “Start”, “My Computer”, “View”, “Folder Options”

2)     In the “Folder Options” menu, select “File Types” tab.

3)     Select  “Microsoft Excel Worksheet” and click on the “Edit” button

4)     Remove the check mark from “Browse in same window”, click “OK” and then “Close”
